So, yesterday I got my Bokwa on covering a class for someone else. Verdict... I'm ready to start passing on the Bokwa Buzz once more! After giving birth to Grace Amy Walker on 26/3/13 my body is now fully recovered so it's time to Bokwa B myself back to body beautiful! Let me know where and when you would like a class so we can get Bokwa Derby back off the ground! Whoop whoop! xx

NO BOKWA TONIGHT! Thursday Bokwa classes have been cancelled for the time being due to low numbers. I am looking at relaunching this class later in the year after I have had baby.

I would like to say thank you to everyone who has attended my Bokwa classes over the last year. Now it's time to let our bodies rest and recover before coming back in January to improve our fitness levels further still and work off the excesses of the Christmas festivities!!! Start the festive season with a traditional pantomime suitable for the whole family (3+), this year i'll be playing Aladdin and it would be lovely to if you could all come along and help me to defeat the evil Abanazer and finally win the heart of my one true love, Jasmine, who is played by the very talented Ellie Thornewill.
