Four Westminster leisure centres have achieved one of Questโ€™s two highest ratings, with Paddington Recreation Ground and Porchester Centre both receiving an โ€˜excellentโ€™ rating, while Moberly Sports Centre and Queen Mother Sports Centre were rated โ€˜very goodโ€™.
