Hello all hope you’ve had a great Christmas.
We are starting the year off with a bimble round Youlgrave.

If you fancy an excuse to stay sober on New Year’s Eve or a way to sweat it out of you if you choose to have a few tipples then come join us.

Well that’s it summer is well and truly over.

My running tights are back out and didn’t once wish I was in shorts today.

Don’t let the hard work you did over the summer go to waste.

Embrace the better running temperatures and as trail runners the lack of giving an F about the rain and mud!

Come join us for a gentle paced evening trail run by head tourch. Or a longer weekend run that makes us all question why the F we didn’t just stay in bed!

We welcome All abilities and work as a group to improve all our running, even if sometimes we finish our runs at the pub.

Train in winter so your summer race photos don’t resemble this! 😂

Lovely 21k around Calke Abbey grounds on Saturday.

Will be posting 2 events this week.

Main one being a long run Saturday morning in the peaks!

It’s been a while since I posted here as I’ve been busy doing the triple crown 100 with run walk crawl, rehab and training has been tough, but Derbyshire trail hawks will be starting up more group events and everyone from complete beginner upwards are welcome. I’ll just leave this here, our true national hero Jasmine Paris, making Laz eat his words and being an absolute inspiration to not just runners but every women on this planet!! Such an incredible women and someone I hope my daughter will look up to even if she doesn’t become a runner ❤️

Great run tonight with Matt Smith

Had a rest day yesterday due to fatigue/tiredness so doubled up today with 10k.
