Tomorrow we are hosting The Jiu Jitsu Derby for their bi-annual Jiu Jitsu competition!

Come and be part of an incredible day of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here at Derby Arena as participants take to the mats to compete in both Gi and No-Gi competitions.

Spectators are welcome all day and can purchase tickets on the door.

Join Umbrella at their FREE SEND Provider Marketplace, bringing together over 40 local charities, organisations, support services and providers all under one roof.

Umbrella supports disabled children and young adults (up to the age of 30), as well as their parents and carers. The Marketplace has been a hugely successful event in previous years, helping families discover services and support they may not have been aware of.

Track Session Spotlight- Sprint SQT

Every other Saturday 12-2pm we host a full 2 hour session based on sprinting, coached by Masters World Champions Adey Dent and Debbie Capewell, you can bring your own session or ask them for advice. The start gate also makes an appearance on this session in the run up to competitions!

Track Session Spotlight- Derny SQT & Novice Derny

One of our specialist sessions involves endurance training behind the 2-stroke derny bike. We run these sessions on various midweek evenings, and sometimes we use the derny on regular Endurance & Race SQTs.

We also run novice derny sessions, aimed at accredited riders those who have never ridden behind a derny before or riders less confident and want to try a different form of track endurance training.
