Here is how our 2 teams shape up for tomorrows games!

The 1s see several changes from last week as our county players return from duty. Megan is looking to lead the team to their first win of the season.

The 2s are lead by Kady, who is looking to get a win in their first game on the road at Belvoir. Nelle makes her first appearance for the club after signing over the winter 💪🏏

Both teams are in action this weekend 💪

The 1s welcome Sileby Town CC to Spondon Cricket Club and are looking to bounce back from last weekend.

The 2s travel to Belvoir CC for their first game of the summer.

Both games start at 1pm 🏏

Not the result we wanted at the weekend but some good individual performances.

A. Verma scored her first senior 50 and had a vital partnership with H. Stocks to help take us from 115-7 to 169-8!

In the field, we were on the back foot from the start with some explosive batting from the Rothley Park top order, with J. Skevington and P. Blurton being the only ones to take a wicket in the game.

We look to bounce back on Sunday for the next league game!

We also welcome H. Reast to the club for her first game and I. Burrell makes the step up from a couple of 2nd team appearances last season 💪

It would be amazing to see some support down at the ground for the women as they look to continue on the success of last season 🏏

It's finally March, the suns been out, that can only mean one thing, the cricket season is on the horizon!!🏏🏏
