Cleansing and clearing the studio for 2024! Thank you Mel for the gifts. We were discussing the importance of clearing the energy in the space I hold for all my Pilates sessions. It’s not just a studio.. it’s a space for release, emotional and physical release. It’s also a place where we reconnect and build together. Energy throughout this space will eb and flow and sometimes harbour. Clearing it will create an open hearted space ready for your sessions. ❤️
