With Guru’s kirpa we are continuing to expand the grappling classes at GAD Gym and are pleased to introduce a second Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class led by Teale Finch. Teale is a black belt under Eric Munis, a six-time world champion, and has also trained at one of the most respected BJJ academies in the world in Brazil.

BJJ class schedule:

Monday: 6:45pm
Wednesday: 6:45pm

Wrestling classes will now take place on Tuesdays at 5:45pm with head wrestling coach Ashkan Taherkhani who is a highly decorated British and Iranian champion wrestler.

We strongly encourage everyone to attend and take full advantage of the world class coaching available. This is a great opportunity to develop high level martial arts and self defense skills.
