Our Bounc3 class was a success what a fantastic mix 👏had some good feedback which is always nice!

Our NEW AB sculpt section about killed us 🤣💋 we half put in some effort that’s for sure !!

I’m just doing ems brekky and will be planning for the week ahead class wise! The kids and I got back from Butlin’s yesty 🧑‍🧒‍🧒 I now need a holiday to get over a holiday 🤣 had a great time however just tired nothing a big coffee can’t sort out 😋

The perfect evening to take our class outside🌅 at one point we was umming and arrring whether it was going to rain I didn’t sing though which was blumming difficult 🤣 however, it meant it stayed dry so needs must 💋

We had a good chin wag before the class and quickly got to business cor blimey it was a lil difficult everyone was completely silent at the end 🤣but we made it well done 💪

Oh my days I thought it was Friday tomorrow 🤣I said see you next week to you all at the end of class, not realising it’s Thursday 🙈🙈🙈we are back tomorrow in Borrowash for a Bounce2Resistance class at 6:30pm if you would like to join. 1 more class to go !

Do not be scared of the bands you choose your strength and I’m going to put out some of our older stretchier bands in case you would like to go even lighter!

I’m loving how so many of you are travelling between the 2 venues. What is it 10/15 minute drive door to door venue wise!
