Great news for portrush...however we're still fighting for a small piece of land out of the way from the general public in Derry/Londonderry.

We keep fighting.

It has just been brought to my attention that some members of the foyle road never recieved letters about the consultation.

If you live in either the foyle road area or ebrington could you drop a comment and advise if you recieved any letters or not.

Plans for Derry 'Urban Skate Park' delayed after residents concern The council had previously approved the allocation of £20,000 towards design and development costs.

If anyone has any ideas for park locations we'd love to hear them.

Sorry about the radio silence recently. After numerous set backs with the campaign i had to take some time out to focus on myself and my family.
I havent gave up on this, and plan to keep fighting.
We had 2 sites offered to us, one in ebrington and one on the foyle road, unfortunately both have been rejected by local residents.
But we will keep trying. Thank you for all the support so far.

Sad to see other parts of Ireland/Northern Ireland being kitted out with amazing parks, yet the residents in our "city" cant see the skating community as anything other than trouble and have turned down any requests we have put in.

We fight on.
