Good evening folks! I am trialling a new format for my Thursday class regarding the younger students. They will train from 6.30pm until 7.30pm and in a more relaxed and fun based way while the seniors will focus on their normal training regime. Feel free to get in touch if this would interest your son or daughter. Ages from 5 and above please. Thankyou 😊

Classes are off to a flying start. I anyone is thinking about starting karate please get in touch. Particularly adults, Parent and children is a great way to start. Accompany your child to our class and do something together. Train in a controlled and structured environment. We are fully insured and have trained at Eglinton community hall for the past 20 years. We hold in-house gradings (when students are ready - and not before). We are affiliated with Sensei Dave Hazard, Academy of Shotokan Karate (ASK). Ideally we take ages from 6 or 7 years up to adults. You are never too old to begin!!

Training will resume on Thursday 11th September at usual time of 6.30pm until 8pm, Eglinton community hall 😀. If anyone would like to come along and try a session everyone is welcome. Feel free to share.

Training resumes at same time of 6.30pm to 8pm Thursday evenings at Eglinton community hall. All welcome 🙏. Prices are £35 for 4 week monthly blocks payable at the first session. Annual insurance fee of £10 per student is also due on our first session back. Concessions for families of 2 £5 off and family of 3 £10 off. If you fancy starting karate in a controlled and safe environment please get in touch. Ages are from 8 years to adult. If any juniors wish to train (ages 4 years to 7 years) please get in touch and if I have enough people I will run a class for them. Also on Thursdays which would be from 5.30pm to 6.15pm. I have decided to cancel the junior classes on Tuesdays as of now. Any students who feel they would like to continue training they are more than welcome to attend the Thursday senior class which os from 6.30pm to 8pm. If you feel that this is too long a session they can leave at 7.30pm. Please spread the word.
