We have finally got our new finger print system.
We will need every members finger print so if you are coming into the gym please be patient with staff as they will have plenty to do.

The gym will be doing a charity walk up mount Errigal to concluded the boot camp this summer.
Everyone who takes part will be given a fitness factory T-shirt and protein shaker.
For anyone who can’t attend the walk they will be more than welcome to come to the gym for the food and drinks, when we have complete Errigal.
Anyone who is interested in doing it please contact the page. You do not need to be a member of the gym to get involved.

Now with the warm weather coming back and bright mornings, we are going to be running a “early morning bootcamp”.
The class with we taking indoor and outdoor. (Weather dependent)
