Tomorrow night we head to Fox’s Biscuits Stadium, Batley for another night of Heavy Woollen finals action.

Two finals are on the programme:

A fantastic evening to kick off the first Heavy Woollen ARL Summer Touch Rugby Takeover Day at Shaw Cross Sharks ARLFC.

A huge thank you to Shaw Cross for hosting and to every player, volunteer, parent and supporter who came along and made the evening such a success. It was great to see players from different clubs enjoying the game together.

This is exactly what the Summer Touch Rugby programme is all about – keeping people playing, bringing clubs together and enjoying rugby throughout the summer.

The takeover tour now heads to Dewsbury Celtic RLFC next Friday. We hope to see even more players and clubs getting involved for another fantastic evening.

We kick off the Summer Touch Rugby programme with our first Takeover Day at Shaw Cross Sharks.

Whether you’re an experienced player, completely new to the game or just want to give it a go, get yourself down to Shark Park for a fun evening of Touch Rugby. Everyone is welcome.
