Having worked in the industry for the last 8 years, I have the expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals. As your personal trainer, I will develop unique plans for both your training and nutrition helping you sustain a healthy lifestyle. I am here to provide the tools and motivation for your fitness journey. I have worked with a range of athletes including MMA fighters and strongman competitors, and I am currently the strength and conditioning coach for two Team GB swimmers. My experience with strength and conditioning allows me to devise specialist training to improve your sports performance. My specialist areas are:

We’re thrilled to announce our newest piece of equipment, and it’s an absolute beast! 😍🎉🎉🎉 We’ve ordered the Nautilus 9 Station, which will be set up in the next 10 days 🥳🥳🥳.

We’re taking things to the next level at Adam Fitness, and in 2025, we aimed to make a big impact—and we’ve definitely achieved that.

Just a heads up, this upgrade might cause a little bit of disruption when we install but it will definitely be worth it! The upgrade is gonna take the experience to a whole new level. Can’t wait to see everyone enjoying the new kit! 🎉💪
