It’s been almost 1 year since we put a pause on our memberships but we’re finally able to open up a small number of 4 classes per month memberships!! 🌀

These are now available to sign up to via our Soma Didsbury app or drop us a dm and we can send you a direct link… There aren’t many available, and once they are filled, our 4 classes p/m membership will return to being waitlisted

Please take note that our membership waitlist is still open, so if you’re waiting for an 8, 12 or Unlimited membership, you don’t need to do anything. You’ll remain on the waitlist and we’ll be in touch as and when spaces open up

We’re so grateful for everyone who’s been waiting patiently to join Soma and we are very excited to welcome a few more of you into the studio ⛅️

We’re so excited to be partnering with Neko Health this July and August for a special series of Saturday wellness events at Soma! 🌀

Thanks to Neko, these sessions are complimentary and designed to bring together movement, education and preventative healthcare in one inspiring afternoon

Each event includes:

- A 45-minute Reformer Pilates class
- A short talk from a Neko doctor on their innovative approach to preventative healthcare
- A post class smoothie
- Priority access to book a Neko Health body scan

If you haven’t heard of Neko before, their full-body, non-invasive scan captures millions of health data points in just a few minutes. It checks everything from moles and skin health to blood sugar, blood fats and risk factors associated with conditions such as heart disease, stroke and pre-diabetes. Plus, they’ve just introduced new features including Body Composition and Wearables interactivity. Their mission is simple: they believe prevention is better than cure and want to help people stay ahead of their health through early detection and preventative care!

Spaces are limited, and each person may attend one event only to give as many people as possible the opportunity to join us. Book your free space on the Soma Didsbury App💛
