V Pilates is a boutique studio in the heart of the village in Dinas Powys. Mat and equipment classe Risk assessments are completed at the start of each lesson.
The studio is operating under Welsh government Covid-19 regulations. Masks, gloves contact-less thermometers, hand sanitizer and bifold doors for ventilation.

Hello Everyone
I’d like to do a Velindre Fundraising Workshop.
It’s going to take place at V Pilates studio, if the weather is nice I will open the bi-folds for some fresh air.
Please sign up if you would like to attend
Sunday, 27th June starting at 11:00 am and finishing at around 3 pm.
Clients can use any piece of equipment for 40 minutes and then make a donation which I will collect and give to Velindre Cancer Trust; if you can’t make send me a donation and I will send it Velindre; please note I will take cash and also anything you can give would give to a charity I’ll take to Penarth and give to Marie Curie. Please bring your own water, mask and your PowerHouse to the event; also open to your family members.
