WELLBEING DISCOVERY DAY
Pause • Explore • Reconnect

What happens when we give ourselves a day to pause, listen and reconnect?

We’re inviting you to join us at Synchronicity Centre for a relaxed and inspiring day exploring different approaches to wellbeing, self-awareness and connection.

Throughout the day, we’ll share a combination of inspiring talks, gentle practical experiences and accessible tools that you can take away and explore in your everyday life.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Relaxation, breathwork and stress management
• Somatic movement and body awareness
• Reiki, chakras and guided self-Reiki
• Tuning fork sound healing
• Self-awareness and the Enneagram
• EFT tapping and emotional wellbeing
• Time to pause, reflect and reconnect

The day has been created to give you space away from the usual demands of everyday life, a chance to slow down, try something different, learn something new and simply spend some time with yourself.

You don't need any previous experience. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Limited to 12 places

Light refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own packed lunch, or food can be purchased from the small supermarket located below the centre.

The day will be led by Laura Lion, Joanne Meek, Kathryn Hobbs and Tina Sayer, each bringing their own experience and approach to wellbeing.

Whether you're looking to manage stress, reconnect with your body, understand yourself a little better, experience Reiki or sound healing, explore EFT, or simply give yourself permission to pause for a day, we would love you to join us.
