A little different to my typical yoga post… but as you may know I’ve taken a little break to go and get married! We had the absolute best day of our lives and are now on our last full day in Mallorca, on our little minimoon.

Thankyou so much for all the lovely messages, cards, pressies and support in the lead up to our big day.

I cannot wait to be back on the mat with you next week and have some new, exciting ideas coming up…and maybe a couple of winter retreat days too 👀

Part 2 🤍✨

Some of my clients stayed behind afterwards to enjoy a glass of fizz and some gorgeous, yummy nibbles they really didn’t miss a single detail 🥹🥂

We spent the rest of the evening chatting away, laughing and going around the room sharing a little piece of wedding advice or some wise words. Some more practical then others let’s just say 🤣🫣

It was one of those evenings I know I’ll look back on and smile about for years to come. Feeling very very lucky 🥹🤍

Wow… I am completely blown away by last night 🥹🤍

When I arrived at the studio and walked into the room, I thought, Are all these decorations for me?! Something I never, ever expected.

My Tuesday night yogis had gone above and beyond (and somehow managed to organise it all without me knowing!) and had put together the most beautiful wedding celebration for me, complete with fizz, cards and presents. 🥂 🎁

I truly don’t think I’ve ever felt so lucky or grateful to have such a wonderful community around me. So many of you have been there every step of the way From coming to class with my new engagement ring, listening to all my wedding plans, and now, this week, seeing me through my final week of teaching before I get married. 🥹

I feel incredibly lucky that this job has brought me so much more than just clients. It has brought me friendships, memories and a community that I will always be so grateful for.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making last night so incredibly special. I feel very, very lucky to have you all. 🤍✨

And of course, I already CANNOT WAIT to be back with you all… 2 weeks of wedding madness and a minimoon and I’ll be back in the studio.

After some thought, I’ve decided to make a little change to my yoga classes 🤍

I’ve absolutely loved teaching monthly themes, but I keep finding myself wanting to mix things up and follow what feels right for the class each week. So, from now on, I’m swapping monthly themes for weekly themes!

For me, it means I can be a little more creative and plan classes around what we’re all needing in that moment. And for you, it means every class has a fresh focus, lots more variety, and you never have to worry about missing part of a month’s theme if life gets in the way.

I’m really excited about this change and can’t wait to share each week’s theme with you. I have a feeling you’re going to love it! ✨🤍

Hi everyone 🤍

I hope you’re all having a lovely summer.

Just a little update to let you know that I’ve now uploaded my class schedule on Gymcatch for the rest of 2026… organised for once! 😆😅

Please note that I’ll be taking a couple of weeks off at the start of September for my wedding. I honestly can’t believe it’s only 5 weeks away now, it’s really crept up on me!

I’m also planning the themes and focus areas for our classes over the coming weeks, so if there’s anything you’d particularly like to work on or explore, I’d love to hear your ideas. Just pop me a message or let me know after class.

I can’t wait to see you all back on the mat soon.
