Just look at this lovely group of mamas 🥹

Mamalates is so much more than just getting your body moving. It’s an hour to focus on YOU, rebuild your strength, work on your core and pelvic floor, and have a little bit of time where you’re not just “mum”.

And doing it alongside other mums who just get it makes it even better 🫶🏼

So proud of this little Mamalates community we’re building 💕

I thought I’d give you guys a little break from the sell, sell, sell 😂 and show you somewhere we went as a family at the weekend instead 🥹

We went to Daisy’s Milkshed in Attleborough on Saturday and honestly, it was such a lovely little find!

We took Freddie and he absolutely loved having a proper little explore. There’s a bit of everything there, lovely walks, cows 🐄, milkshakes 🥤 and, most importantly… ICE CREAM 😂🍦

The ice cream looked SO good, so I’ll definitely be heading back for that at some point because I didn’t get one this time and I’m already regretting it 😂

It’s one of those places that’s really easy to spend a few hours at without needing to make a huge day of it, which I love with a toddler

I thought I’d take you along with us and give you a little tour of Daisy’s Milkshed too 🥹

If you’re local to Attleborough/Norfolk and haven’t been yet, definitely add it to your list for a little family outing 💕
