As a new season begins, an amazing summer comes to an end for our Ulster pathway girls!

What a summer it’s been for Ruby, Hannah, Charlotte, Amy, Memphis and Gabriella!

From training and development sessions alongside expert Ulster coaches, to matches, activities and ball girl duties, it’s been an incredible experience from start to finish.

The summer wrapped up on Saturday at Affidea, where the Ulster U16s took to the pitch at half-time during Round Three of the Vodafone Women’s Interpros, Ulster vs Leinster.

You have all represented Ards RFC brilliantly throughout the summer. You’ve been fantastic ambassadors for our club and we are incredibly proud of you all.

Well done girls, now it’s time to use all that experience in the season ahead! 🏉💪🩷🖤

What an amazing few days at our Ards RFC Summer Camp!

🍔 And of course… a BBQ!

And just when we thought the day was done, 45 girls turned up for another pre-season training night that evening!

The energy, enthusiasm and commitment from our girls has been incredible. It’s been brilliant to see new friendships forming, confidence growing and the girls enjoying every minute.

What an exciting season we have ahead!

The countdown is on! We’re thrilled to announce that our Ards RFC Girls U14 & U16 squads will be heading to Barcelona from 1st–4th April 2027! 🏉

This tour will be an incredible opportunity for our players to experience rugby on an international stage, strengthen friendships and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Over the coming months we’ll be sharing our journey as we work towards Barcelona. Keep an eye on our page for fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities, challenges and lots of exciting ways you can get involved and support the team.

Every raffle ticket bought, every event attended, every donation and every share will help our girls get one step closer to Barcelona.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them and look forward to following their continued progress in the seasons ahead.

Wednesday 5th August sees us return to Hamilton Park, well rested, refreshed, and ready for the new season! 💪🏉

Time to dust off the boots, get back on the pitch for some pre-season training, and catch up on everyone’s summer adventures!

Whether you’re one of our current players or you’ve been thinking about giving rugby a try, we’d love to see you there. No experience needed, just come along and join the fun!

🩷🖤Some highlights from yesterday’s Ulster U16 Summer Squad match against Connacht Rugby. 🩷🖤

What an incredible experience for our five Ards girls – Amy, Memphis, Gabriella, Charlotte and Hannah – who all represented Ulster with pride and gave outstanding performances throughout the game.

Hannah also had the honour of captaining the side. To be entrusted with leading your province is a fantastic achievement.

We couldn’t be prouder of everything these girls have achieved. They are fantastic ambassadors for both Ulster Rugby and Ards Rugby Club, and we know this is only the beginning of an exciting journey.
