Anyone looking for a loan pony? App 14.1hh 7 year old mare, she’s a cob but not the typical chunky or feathered sort, she’s smart and very pretty. She’s a real sweetheart to deal with on the ground, currently out of full work so a bit cheeky but once in full work she’s a real pleasure. She’s done all disciplines, not sharpe or spooky. It’s with heavy heart 💔 I write this post 😔 it’s not the post I expected to be writing after the 5 years of blood, sweat, tears & love I’ve put into the place 😢 I’m sad to say as of the 30th April Chapel down equestrian will no longer be based at Oakley stables, crowle or be associated with it in any way. It’s not a forever fair well just a goodbye for now….to be continued. I’ve met some truly fabulous people over the years and will always be proud of the caring supportive sportsmanship I brought to the equestrian world when you visited us, I think it’s definitely one thing that stood us out from the rest 🥰 Ive made some great friends along the way that I will always treasure, I’ll miss you all deeply 😢 Please call in and see me before I go it would be lovely to see you for a coffee or fizz 😜 after all I didn’t create our name from drinking tea 🤣🥂

Today we welcomed the very handsome comet on full livery. That’s us full to busting now inside and out 🥰 we do have a waiting list should anyone want to be put on it though, just message the page xx

Vegas
4 year old black Hanoverian gelding by Vagabond/Lordanos, he’s currently standing at app 17hh and still growing. He’s a big strong boy with lots of growth ahead of him hence a very slow start in his career. A total gentle giant and as laid back as they come without a bad bone in him. He’s a giant pony in your pocket with a huge heart and has manners to die for, a real yard favourite and a pleasure to deal with. He will make a fabulous jumper/event horse but equally moves well for dressage. Vegas has been very well handled and has experienced a lot already, he loves a daily routine but will equally live in or out. He’s experienced regular feet trims, both indoor/outdoor arenas, seen mirrors and jumps/fillers, been in the wash bay and solarium regularly, been on a 3.5t box, a trailer and a 7.5t box solo, he is not phased by anything we put infront of him. He’s recently been backed and started his ridden career, he has a very natural self carriage and a good walk, he is very willing to learn and now needs to progress, he’s been longlined and been out on the roads in traffic. He’s a very special boy and will be a fabulous horse of a lifetime for someone to put there own stamp on 🖤 for more info please message me. Offers around 85🥕🥕 open to a full vetting and X-rays.
