Well done, Joe! 🥊
Unanimous away win in Hull after taking the bout on less than 48 hours’ notice! Not at his sharpest, but he boxed smart, listened in the corner, and made the right adjustments. That’s 2 bouts in 2 weeks. serious mental strength and work ethic!

Big thanks to Seb and Vulcan Boxing for hosting us at such a beautiful, elegant venue. From the supervisor to the lovely lady at the front desk who made us feel so welcome, our club was treated with respect from the moment we walked in.

A great way to end a stressful week 💛🖤

"El Corazón" was back in action in Oldham this past Friday, shaking off the rust at a slightly higher weight category than usual. Boxing well within herself, showing sharp head movement, patience, and boxed with real composure. Chelsea stayed calm, controlled, and showed great emotional intelligence, putting into practice the work she’s been doing on her trunk and hand defence. Now, the focus turns to our first home show of the season for Chelsea next outing.

A few good rounds for young alfie and Harry. Thank you to Kings Boxing Club Sheffield for coming down! 🥊

Another outing for Alfie and Ziggy over in Hull, continuing to build their skills and experience.

Alfie’s starting to find real consistency, always on weight, focused, and most importantly, enjoying his boxing with a smile every session.

Ziggy’s putting his punches together nicely, still very raw and young despite his big frame, but making progress every time. Plenty of defensive work ahead, and that’s all part of the journey.

Big thanks to Phil and everyone at Lionheart Boxing Academy Hull for having the boys on.

Proud of our lads, now eyes on the home show!

Huge well done to our 10-year-old Jack for stepping up at short notice for his very first skills bout a few hours after his football match! A nervous start in the first round, but he quickly found his rhythm in the second. Great experience for this young raw talent. Jack will be back in action at our home show in 3 weeks as he continues his steady development! A golfer, footballer, and now boxing, Jack stays busy!

Got to love the up and down of amateur boxing, Not the best day in the office for the Groome brothers this Saturday in Leeds this time round, we and many others around us felt Joe did more than enough to take the win, but unfortunately he came out on the wrong side of a split.

Both lads will bounce back stronger. Joe’s running it back in a rematch again in just three weeks at our first home show of the season!

Proud as always of our boys. Big thanks to Reynolds for having us and to Clifton ABC, pure class and respect all round, we'll see you again soon in three weeks!

Let’s all remember, at these shows it’s about the kids and the boxers in the ring. Too often nowadays, ego takes over from those outside the ropes, and the focus shifts from fairness to wanting to prove a point.

A few valuable rounds and great experience for young Harry, Alfie, Cole, and Albie-Jack today
Everyone gets a fair shot here, and Harry & Alfie have really stepped up lately!
Big thanks to Craig and the LS20 team for coming down. It's much appreciated 🙌

A huge well done to Ziggy and David, who boxed over in Nottingham this past Friday night. It was David’s first skills bout, and he earned it well. Great work, lads! 👏🥊

Meanwhile, over in Manchester on the same night, our 12-year-old pitbull, Alex Angelescu, stepped into the ring for his first skills bout. His weight has been continuously dropping, and he went up against a lad with much more experience on his sixth skills. After a nervous start, Alex showed out and impressed everyone watching.

There’s nothing better than hearing other coaches and the crowd compliment our boxers. It shows Alex has been listening, learning, and putting in the work. His development has been rapid, and we can’t wait to see it continue.

First up on Saturday, 12-year-old Gorgeous' George stepped in for only his second skills bout. Despite some nerves and a more experienced opponent, he powered through and gained valuable experience. Well done, George!

Next, Samed shook off the summer rust with a solid skills bout against a tough lad from Eastside Hull. A calm, steady performance to build on, now to bouts.

Then Albie-Jack made his debut after moving up from 2 skills to bouts and what a start! He followed the game plan perfectly, scored two standing counts, and stopped his opponent in the first round. His focus and maturity lately have been top class.

Unfortunately, Joseph’s opponent pulled out this morning due to illness. That’s three pull outs in two weeks for our joe! Huge thanks to Jess for working the phones on a Saturday morning trying to a fair replacement.

Big thank you to Eastside Boxing Academy Hull for hosting us and showing great hospitality.

A huge thank you to Dawson and Burgess Solicitors in corporation Kenyon Son and Craddock for supporting the boys and girls at our community club this season.
