Halloween is VERY NEARLY HERE and we are already getting so excited! 🕷️🕸️

We know just how much you all LOVED last year’s Halloween event — and with it being a complete SELL-OUT, we knew we had to make this year even bigger, better and spookier! 👻🔥

🚗 PARKING NOTICE – PLEASE READ 🚗

As some of you may already be aware, the council has recently changed the road outside the Play Barn to Pay & Display parking.

Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control and something we weren’t made aware of beforehand.

We have our own free car park with space for around 17 cars, but as we head into our busier autumn/winter months, we know there will be times when this is completely full.

❤️ WE WANT TO SUPPORT OUR CUSTOMERS!

For the next 3 months, if our car park is completely full, we will refund your Pay & Display parking for up to 2 hours so the new charges don’t put you off visiting us!

🎃 Halloween event only – we’ll refund up to 3 hours!

Current charges:
🚗 1 hour – £0.80
🚗 2 hours – £1.30
🚗 3 hours – £2.00

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Parking will only be refunded if our car park is completely full when you arrive. If spaces are available but you choose to park on the road, the charge will be at your own expense.

If our car park is full:
✨ Pay for your parking as normal
✨ Let a member of our team know when you arrive
✨ We’ll refund the cost or deduct it from food, snacks or drinks purchased in our café

We also kindly ask everyone to leave promptly at the end of their session. We only have a 15-minute turnaround between sessions to reset the Play Barn and welcome our next customers.

We’ll honour the parking refund for the next 3 months while we see what impact the changes have. We’re unsure whether it will be sustainable long-term, but for now we want to do everything we can to support our amazing customers. ❤️
