☀️🍂 What a beautiful start to October!

Another little photo dump of some of our happy horses enjoying 24/7 turnout, green grass and plenty of sunshine 🐴🌱❤️

🍂☀️ What a beautiful 1st October we had! ☀️🍂

You certainly wouldn’t think autumn had arrived with weather like this! 🥰
All of our horses are still happily living out 24/7, basking in the sunshine and enjoying plenty of lovely green grass. 🌱🐴

There’s nothing better than seeing full bellies, relaxed ponies and happy horses enjoying their fields. ❤️

I’ve even started slowly adding a little autumn décor to the tearoom 🍂🎃 It’s definitely starting to feel cosy around the yard!
Roll on Halloween! 🎃👻🕸️
Long may these gorgeous autumn days continue! ☀️🍁

A little look at what some of our lovely liveries have been up to recently! 🐴🤎

From riding and hacking to schooling, lessons, competitions and plenty of fun along the way! we absolutely love seeing everyone out enjoying their horses and making memories together. 🥰

There’s always something going on at Jeffrey House Farm Livery Yard! 🐎✨

Keep the photos and updates coming — we love seeing what you’ve all been getting up to! 📸🤍

Me & Coco taking it right back to 1985 😂🪩🐴💗

Apparently this is what we’d have looked like in the 80s… and I’m kind of loving it 😂😂

Come on then, let’s see yours! 👀

Upload a photo to ChatGPT and ask it to take you back to the 80s — then pop yours in the comments! 📸👇🏼

Bonus points if you get your horse involved too 😂🐴💃🏼

🍂🐴 Who’s ready for the BER months?! 🎃🎄

Cosy stables, cooler days and Christmas on the way… my favourite time of year! 🤎✨

Just a little yard update 🐴💕

Apologies for the delay getting back to everyone — I’m working my way through all the messages and questions 🤣 When I say we’re a family-run yard, I mean it… there’s just me! 🤣 Running the yard, doing the jobs, viewings and social media!

If I don’t reply straight away, it’s usually because I’m waiting to hear back from someone who has first refusal or I have viewings booked in.

We also have to make sure that what we currently have available is actually suitable for your horse/pony — unfortunately, sometimes it just isn’t the right fit, even if we have a space available. 🐴

Just a couple of things to note: • We do not accept colts or stallions sorry.

• If you’re on DIY, you are still expected to regularly attend and check/care for your own horse.
Thank you for your patience ❤️

Another one washed, cooled down & fly sprayed 🧼💦🪰✨
All fresh and ready… time to prep for tomorrow’s heat! ☀️🥵🐴

Just photographic evidence that Coco was actually clean for a whole 2 seconds after her bath 🤣🛁🐴✨

One washed, cooled down & fly sprayed… 3 to go! 🥵☀️💦

Keeping the ponies cool in this heat ❤️

Another great day on the yard yesterday! 🐴⚖️🌿

A huge thank you to Steph from Dengie for coming out to our weigh clinic, offering nutritional advice, fat scoring and weighing all of our horses and ponies.

Everyone was very well behaved horses AND owners 😉😂

Another brilliant and informative clinic for the yard! 💚
