We are delighted to once again have this essential piece of equipment available, helping to make the pool accessible and enjoyable for everyone. 💙

Sean originally started out as a member here, regularly taking part in the classes himself. With his passion for music, fitness and Group Cycle, he had the great idea of taking the step from participant to instructor… and the rest is history! 🤙🏻

Four years later, Sean is still bringing the energy, music, motivation and witty jokes to every class! 🙌🏼

LiveWell Dorset will be delivering free NHS health checks at Dorchester Sports Complex. LiveWell Dorset will be delivering free NHS health checks at on the 3rd of October between 10am - 4pm.🙂

If you've already been invited for an NHS Health Check by your GP or pharmacy, please do take up the offer and book your appointment with them.

An NHS health check is a free checkup on your cardiovascular health and can spot early signs of diabetes, heart disease or stroke.

If you are aged 40-74, do not have an existing cardiovascular condition, and have not had an NHS Health Check in the last 5 years- you could be eligible for a health check with LiveWell Dorset. Huge congratulations to Lauren and Tom, 2 of our swimming teachers here at Dorchester. Yesterday they completed the Ironman 70.3 as a relay with their team mate Grant. 😃

They absolutely smashed it coming out with 1st place overall for the relays. What an amazing achievement guys! A massive well done. 👏💪
