🥋 What a great week of classes! 🥋

It was so lovely to see everyone, and a big welcome to all the new faces who came along to try a class! ❤️

🥋 Mighty Matts
We started with a fun circular warm-up, followed by circuits including pad work and curriculum. We finished with a fun game of Head, Shoulders, Knees & Spot with Miss Sammy! 😄

🏆 Team Fear Wristband: Well done to Ava for her super-strong kicks and punches on the pads! 👏🥋

🥋 Juniors
Partner warm-ups, curriculum and “Who’s the Strongest?” got us started, followed by belt-specific pad work and drills for the higher belts. We finished with dodgeball! 🎯

🏆 Team Fear Wristbands were awarded to : Kingsley for showing kindness and supporting our new students and Devon for her amazing focus in class. 👏

A big welcome to Harry! 🥋😊

🥊 Teens & Adults
We got straight into a running warm-up, followed by fast-paced pad work, including walking pad work covering all curriculum kicks, and finished with some drills. Great work everyone! 💪

A huge thank you to Miss Ruby, Mr Liam, Miss Sammy, Miss Ada & Mr Conner for all your help. ❤️
