Bit late to post but last matches of the season with Dorset drawing 2 and losing 1. I scored 1 goal making it 1-1 against Devon then a team mate scored against Somerset making it another 1-1 draw. Sadly lost against Cornwall 1-0 because of a Dorset goal being disallowed! Fell over as well and sad to be ending the season with no wins in the last tournament but we played amazingly- well done Dorset! And massive thanks to Grays for sponsoring me this season- what a huge honour 🏑

Little bit of XC today. First U19 girls team and 3rd individual. A long and hilly race so very happy with that result.

Hi everyone! This lockdown I’m not doing anything as big as last time,but I am helping mum organise donations from our local area to the north London food banks near to where we’ve moved to. January is a tough month for many and this year is worse than ever with people relying on Food Banks more than ever. I really believe that no one should have to go hungry, especially children. If you can, please make a donation to your local food bank and let’s work together to end food poverty.

Remembering my inspiration and friend today. Mandy was fearless and strong and her memory lives on in everyone who loved her.

Today we remember Major Mandy Islam MBE.

Mandy’s legacy lives on in the Chronic Conditions And Disability in Defence Network, in Defence’s subsequent policy changes, and in the personnel who’ve had their own suffering improved following Mandy’s determined efforts.

Our thoughts are with Mandy’s family and friends, her colleagues, and everyone who was lucky enough to have known her.

Today my little sister got her lovely letter writing pack from Little Troopers
Your very generous donations help fund wonderful initiatives like this. The letter writing pack enables Matilda to stay in touch with her current school friends when she changes school next month due to a military move.

Beautiful empty north Norfolk beaches for my early morning bodyboarding. On our way for breakfast now Old Town Beach Cafe. Home later ready for school tomorrow. What a summer it’s been ❤️🏃🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️🏄🏻‍♀️
