What an epic run that was! It was muddy, but great fun. It’s so good to see so many families walking up there and getting fresh air. I personally think a lot more people are exercising now and using the great outdoors. I’m chuffed to bits for everyone! I hope people continue to keep this exercise regime up, even after we come out of lockdown. We can all do this! We just need to encourage and support each other!

Here was my run from this morning. It felt so good to get out in the fresh air. I started in the dark and I finished as it was getting light. I was pleased with my pace. Normally I find it a bit of a struggle to wake up at 5:15am in the morning, but I took a sachet of uplift with my breakfast prior to my run, which really mentally and physically helped. That’s my fastest 10k since 2014. I am chuffed to bits with 40:44 last night. We can all achieve this!

I think that’s the best trail run that I have ever done since I was 18! Also it was one of the most painful trail runs I have ever done! If I can do this, so can you 😃🤙🦵💦!
5th out of 85 (all time record) on the ‘Avon Causeway gate to Fairmile Road’ segment .
2 mile PB 12:28!
2nd fastest 5k 20:02!
