I hold my hands up ..leg locks have never been my "go-to" ..we touch on them when it suits the month ..but as a coach it's a part of BJJ that needs attention.

Joey Barron-Martin came in to take the no gi class tonight and went through a series from the single leg x ....from takedown to sub ..great coaching all the way through

We welcome anyone through the door ..and I appreciate the guys from Legacy Jiu Jitsu that came to add to the night and share the mats .

Looking forward to the next one !

Tuesday gi class .. focused on half guard passing .me ,Alex and Steve did a pass each then some decent rounds ..thanks everyone

Don't forget ..gi class tonight in mudeford..then tomorrow night is a spandex McDouble ..6-7 with me,to make up for last weeks missed class ..then our first footlock class to be taken straight after by Joey Barron-Martin ...get involved!

5th anniversary today as black belt..the injuries are creeping in all time now ...or is that old age ..47 tomorrow!!

Wednesdays class is cancelled this week as most of us want to see the eclipse..the class will be replaced sometime this month ..look out for when
This Thursdays class at 6pm will be no gi this week ..for your spandex fix 😀
