Good to have Siroos Tavassoli in tonight ..always a pleasure to be on the mats with someone I first started with .

Due to this ridiculous weather we've decided to cancel the class tonight ..go and try and enjoy it .

No open mat this Sunday guys ..enjoy a Sunday off

This was a fantastic seminar from start to finish..one I'll always remember!

It's nearly a month since the seminar we went to and the eco training ideas I picked up from there have gone down really well ..been great to see everyone getting into it too and really putting in the effort!
