Bourne 2 Bounce has a Spectacular weekend on June 20/21 in Telford at the second National Qualification Event, placing the gymnasts in a strong position to qualify for the National Age Group Finals and British Championships later in 2026. This was the boys second National event and their hard work in training since the first qualification event was reflected in their rankings and improved scores.

We would also like to thank all the members' parents who made generous contributions.
Thank you also to Jimmy who led a team of parent volunteers, to remove the old bed and replace this with the new bed. We are grateful for all of your physical support, which we know was not an easy task!
This bed will allow Bourne 2 Bounce members to continue to progress on their Trampoline journey and reach new heights.

👏CONGRATULATIONS to the following Bourne 2 Bounce Gymnasts who have qualified to represent the SOUTH Region at the Inter Regional Challenge Cup Final which will take place in Birmingham on July 3-5. This is a great achievement for these gymnasts, who ranked in the top two places in the Regional Championships in April for their level, age and gender and for many this will be their first experience of a National style competition.

🌟Alice T has also been selected as a Southern Coach and will attend this event supporting the above gymnasts and those from other clubs in the Southern Region for Double Mini Trampoline.

Members will be attending the squad training days in June to help prepare for the competition in July.

*Unfortunately Dean, Amy, Ella, and Gretel cannot participate in Birmingham, due to other commitments.

On April 25/26th Bourne 2 Bounce had 3 Gymnasts attend the first National Qualification event in Telford.
For the two boys this was their first experience at this level of competition, and they did really well adapting to the National style event instead of their previous experiences regionally. They were certainly inspired watching other gymnasts, as this is the highest level of competition in the National structure.
👏We had 100% exercise completion and all the gymnasts all did a really good job gaining scores to rank them for potential qualification for the National Age Group Finals and British Championships later in 2026.
There was a great team spirit amongst the gymnasts who supported each other, and this was lovely to see.😄

The gymnasts will continue to train hard for the second qualification event taking place in June.

Further to the Club Cup Championships on Saturday 11th April, Bourne 2 Bounce had an additional 40 entries into the Regional Challenge Cup Levels. These Gymnasts also had to qualify for this event from the first two qualification events. Bourne 2 Bounce had a Fantastic day with 17 gymnasts receiving Regional Championship trophies, 🏆7 GOLD Regional Champions 🏆5 SILVER 🥈and 5 BRONZE 🥉
Thank you to everyone who helped make this regional season possible for all the Gymnasts, including Judges, Officials, Coaches and volunteers, without you it would not be possible to attend these competitions. Also, thank you to the parents who have supported their children allowing them to take part in these events. Confirmation of which gymnasts will progress to represent the Southern Squad will follow.

Last weekend in Eastleigh, Bourne 2 Bounce had 38 entries across Trampoline and Double Mini Trampoline in the 2026 Club Cup Series Championships. All these gymnasts had to qualify for this event from the previous two qualification events in February. The majority of these gymnasts were new to regional style competitions in 2026 and it has been a great experience for them to take part at the same event as the Regional Cup Series gymnasts to see what they are aspiring to achieve (results to follow for the Regional Gymnasts).
The Club level gymnasts collectively received 🏆28 Trophies including - 8 GOLD Club Cup Champions 🏆 11 SILVER 🥈and 9 BRONZE 🥉Trophies.
