☀️ FANCY TRYING THE 7AM CLUB?

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve shared a little bit about our early morning crew — and some of the lovely things they’ve told me about why they first came along and, more importantly, why they keep coming back. 💜

So now I thought I’d simply say…

Would you like to come and try it? 😊

We’re a small, friendly group of ladies who meet in Downham Market twice a week.

☀️ Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 7:00–7:45am
💜 Varied sessions
🌿 Outside when the weather allows

You don’t need to already be fit.

You don’t need to worry about keeping up with everyone else.

And you definitely don’t need to be a “gym person”.

You work at your own pace.

I’ll show you what to do, help with your technique and adapt exercises where needed — and I can pretty much guarantee there’ll be some friendly banter along the way 😂

And by 7:45?

You’ve done something good for yourself and you’ve still got the whole day ahead. ☀️

If you’ve been quietly watching our 7am posts and thinking “maybe…”, this is your invitation to give it a go.

Your first session is £8.

Just message me 7AM and I’ll send you the details — you’re also very welcome to message me if you have any questions before deciding. 💜

There’s something rather lovely about getting your movement done early 💜

Our little 7:00am group meets outdoors in Downham Market every Tuesday and Thursday — and there’s room for a few more ladies to join us.

It’s a small, friendly group where you can work at your own pace. We mix things up, encourage each other, have a bit of a laugh and somehow starting the day outside makes you feel rather good afterwards!

You don’t need to already be fit and you certainly don’t need to keep up with anyone else.

✨ Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 7:00am
📍 Downham Market
💜 £8 per session or £55 per month for both weekly sessions

If you’ve been thinking about getting moving again but haven’t quite found the right place to start, send me a message and come and give us a try.

💜 “I won’t be fit enough…”

If you’ve ever thought that about joining a fitness class, you’re definitely not the only one.

I recently asked my 7am Club ladies what made them give it a go in the first place.

One of them told me exactly what was going through her head before her very first session:

“Did I think I’d be the fattest, oldest, most unfit? Yes.”

She was nervous.

But there were four little words on a leaflet I’d given her that persuaded her to try:

WORK AT YOUR OWN PACE. 💜

That was over two years ago.

She’s still coming twice a week.

She’s stronger and fitter, has made lovely friendships and says she now can’t imagine not coming.

So if you’ve looked at our 7am Club and thought…

“I’d never keep up.”
“Everyone will be fitter than me.”
“I haven’t exercised for ages.”

Please don’t let that be the reason you don’t try.

You start where YOU are.

And we’ll take it from there. 😊

☀️ 7:45AM. DONE.

There’s something rather lovely about starting the day like this. 💜

A bit of movement.
A bit of fresh air.
Usually quite a lot of laughter 😂

And by 7:45am?

Exercise done. Whole day ahead.

One of my 7am ladies summed it up beautifully when I asked her recently what she loves about our mornings:

“I love our early morning fitness sessions, especially when outdoors welcoming the new day with lovely like-minded people. It also leaves the whole day free to do whatever!”

And I think she’s absolutely right. ☀️

7am isn’t everyone’s idea of fun 😂 — but there’s something pretty good about knowing you’ve already done something for yourself before most people’s day has really started.

Work at your own pace. Start your day feeling good.

When was the last time you did something for the FIRST time? 💜

Not because you were good at it.

Not because you wanted to become brilliant at it.

Just because you thought...

“That looks fun — I'll have a go!”

Somewhere along the way, I think many of us stop doing that quite as often.

So today's question for my 50+ ladies is:

What would you quite fancy having a go at if you knew you wouldn't be judged, wouldn't need to be fit and
wouldn't have to be any good at it?

It could be absolutely anything.

I'd love to hear some adventurous answers
😊

When was the last time you did something for the FIRST time? 🤔💜

I’ve got another question for my little bit of research with women 50+…

Is there something you’ve always quite fancied having a go at — but for whatever reason, you’ve never actually done it?

It could be active, creative, outdoorsy, adventurous, completely random… anything!

What would you quite fancy having a go at if you knew you wouldn’t be judged for being a complete beginner? 😂

I’d love to hear your answers — sensible or slightly wild! 👇

Would you do more things if you had someone to do them with?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.

There are so many things we might quite fancy trying…

A new activity.

Going for a longer walk somewhere different.

Joining something locally.

Getting a bit more active.

Even just getting out of the house and doing something different.

But doing it on your own can be the bit that stops you.

So another question for my ladies 50+…

Do you think you’d do more, or try more new things, if you had other women to do them with?

And if the answer is YES…

what sort of things would you fancy doing?

I’d genuinely love to know. 💜👇

I’ve been doing a little bit of research this week with women 50+ and I’ve got another question for you…

Do you think you’d do more — or try more new things — if you had other women to do them with?

Maybe it’s going for a walk, trying a new activity, getting out somewhere different, joining a class or simply having someone say:

“Come on, I’ll come with you!” 😊

Or are you quite happy doing things on your own?

I’d genuinely love to know. Tell me below 👇

☀️ ARE YOU A 7AM PERSON?

You might be surprised… 💜

This was us this morning.

While much of Downham Market was still getting ready for the day, this lovely little group of ladies were already outside, moving, laughing and doing something good for themselves.

And by 7:45am?

Exercise done. Whole day ahead.

You don’t need to be super-fit.
You don’t need to love gyms.
And you definitely don’t need to keep up with anyone else.

Work at your own pace.

Over the next couple of weeks I’m going to tell you a little more about our 7am Club — because I think there might be a few more local ladies out there who would rather enjoy starting their day like this. ☀️💜

What would you still like your body to let you do at 70? 🤔

Walk for a day out without worrying whether you’ll manage it?

Get down on the floor — and back up again?

Carry your own suitcase?

Keep gardening?

Go walking somewhere beautiful?

Play with the grandchildren?

Or perhaps there’s something completely different you’d like to be able to do.

I’m doing a little bit of research at the moment around women, movement and getting older — and I’d really love to hear your answers.

So, ladies 50+…

What is ONE thing you’d really like your body still to let you do at 70?

There are no right answers — I’m genuinely curious. 💜
