Congratulations to our Junior members who graded yesterday. The standard was excellent, and they all did their best to improve and achieve their kyu grades. Hard work always pays off.

Fantastic weekend for Downpatrick WIKF Karate. Congratulations to Cale and Stephen on achieving 1st Dan black belt, Brian for achieving 2nd Dan, to Anne for achieving 3rd Dan black belt, and to Sensei Noel who has been awarded his 6th Dan black belt. Thanks to WIKF Ireland and Sensei Phillip for hosting the training and grading, and to Chief Instructor Sensei Jon Wicks for his expert teaching and guidance.

Classes are family oriented and we follow guidance from Sport Ireland and Sport NI on ‘Children First’ to create a culture of safety that promotes the welfare of children and young people engaged in sporting activities.
