Last night marked Helen's final summer CX prep race, and she delivered yet another incredibly strong, consistent performance!

​Winning her category each week was a great bonus, but these four races were really about fine-tuning her CX skills, proving her training was spot on, and making sure she’s 100% ready for the CX season ahead. Proper preparation is everything in racing—get it wrong, and you spend months playing catch-up.

Ethan has been consistent with his training this year and the improvements are there to be seen in his riding and results.

A measure of performance isn't a podium but in achieving personal goals and feeling better on the bike. The focus on personal goals develops confidence and creates a positive mindset that provides results.
