Done 2 circuits tonight starting with an EMOM and then finishing off with an AMRAP Circuit and the women absolutely smashed it so hats off to them 👏🏼👏🏼

Shocked to be writing this but we want to come on here and say rest in peace to our good friend Andy Howarth. Andy joined us around 2 years ago and I remember the first time I met him in the gym I knew he was going to become apart of the Droyslden fitness family. Andy came on both of our fitness camps last year and although he was double the age of most of the lads he became one of the boys ❤️

Andy was an ex professional rugby player and body builder and if he could help you then he would. Andy will forever be remembered by all of us at Droyslden fitness and we will never forget the memories we had with him. What a bloke Andy Howarth rest in peace ❤️

Women’s Wednesday circuit class

What a way to end the week of sessions 👏🏼 did something abit different last night and did something for the women to test themselves not only for the session but for the future when we come back to look at the results and see if they’ve beat there scores.

Well done to everyone who turned up this week use smashed it see use all next week as there’s no class Monday due to bank holiday💪🏻

WOMENS CIRCUIT CLASSES🏋️‍♀️

Wow what a session last night was!!! One of the toughest session we’ve put together for the ladies and they absolutely smashed it from start to finish 👏🏼

If anyone is looking to get in shape or fit or want to join a fitness class with top ladies who are welcoming DF is the place for you
