Little update from me

I know I don’t post as much as I’d like to…
I tend not to share my coaching sessions with pupils unless they’re happy for me to do so — it’s important to me that coaching stays focused on coaching 👍
That said, I know I don’t share enough of my own practice or thoughts, which is something I’m looking to change 🎯
But 👀 keep an eye out over the Bank Holiday weekend — I’ve got a little video coming that’ll explain a bit more 🎥

Not gunna lie ups and downs in life like we all do. I started snooker from a young age due to well football being over
I’ve loved snooker although I’ll be honest I’ve been my own worst enemy in lots of ways with it. Own hardest critic. Nerves. Self doubt and also yep I’ll admit it application
This season I lost my mojo and love of the game which I know started from a defeat that shouldn’t of happened and then I just basically stopped.
I’ve still been coaching which I do enjoy and probably played once a week maybe if that.
Tonight tho as coaching was cancelled I got my cue out and had around an hour doing a practice routine to see how things went.
To be fair it went ok. Few misses and twitches along with a 120 break speeded up here which I decelerated on the final blue 🙈😂😂
I guess sometimes just typing things helps.
Not for people to message or go awww but to share and even if anything I waffle helps anyone then great

Just a quick heads-up! I’ll be taking a short break and won’t be coaching from Tuesday 20th January to Sunday 1st February 🇺🇸✈️
