Our volunteer roster is now full – thank you everyone! πŸ¦ΊπŸ’š

This means that we are now opening the roster for pacers for this Saturday the 11th of July.

It seems our beady eyed πŸ‘€ runners have already spotted the full roster, as we've had emails from volunteers keen to pace at 22, 25, 27, 28, 30 and 31 minutes 😳

If you'd like to pace, let us know – we'd love to have you help others achieve their goals!

Following on from the success of our 250th event last week 115 people walked, jogged and ran at levengrove parkrun this morning.
Slightly damp but as one of our volunteers commented β€œa good wind to keep the midgies away”

Emma Kennedy completed her 25th parkrun with us this morning- congratulations Emma πŸ₯³

Molly Campbell and Jenna Cooper completed their very first parkrun - we hope you enjoyed it and it will be the start of many.

Tourists this week included parkrunners from Blackpool and Southern Ireland. With the school holidays starting we are hoping for lots of visitors over the coming weeks !

On the volunteer front - Jackie our master baker swapped the kitchen for a Marshall spot this week giving you all that last bit of encouragement towards the finish line, thanks Jackie ! Kerry and Jim joined us for the very first time volunteering - it was great to have you on board thank you ! All joined of course by our expert bunch of timers, scanners, number checkers , marshalls and tail /park walkers. Thank you all.

Theresa takes over next week and it’s pacers week. One or two last spots on the roster to fill so drop us a message or email if you can help out.
