A little introduction to what we are aiming do here at Dumbarton Waddlers . Our aim is to provide mental and physical health support to overweight men in Dumbarton.
Using a weight loss programme and football team, we encourage larger men with a BMI of 30and over to get out there and have fun, lose weight and talk about mental health.
We meet up on a Wednesday for a discussion and some football. Then we our football team plays most weekends and are hoping to be a part of Warriors Premier League in the near future.
We are always looking for guys to join us on a Wednesday and player quota depending - join our brilliant squad. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like any more information or to join us. We do request a small fee to help with running costs and pitch bookings
