Companionship might sound like something so simple, but for someone who spends a lot of time alone, it can mean absolutely everything.🫶🏼

It’s having someone to sit with over a cup of tea.
Someone to listen to the stories they’ve told a hundred times.
Someone to laugh with, have a wee blether with, or simply sit beside when words aren’t needed.💜

Loneliness can be very quiet. It can be an empty house, a long day, or realising you haven’t spoken to anyone for hours.🫶🏼

But sometimes, one person showing up can change the whole feel of someone’s day. 💜

For me, companionship has never been about simply filling time. It’s about connection, kindness, listening and making someone feel valued.🫶🏼

Because sometimes a little bit of your time can make a very big difference to someone else. 💜
