STILL TIME TO JOIN US!
In every stable yard, conversations happen every day that matter more than we sometimes realise. π
A quick βHow are you doing?β
A quiet chat while mucking out.
Someone noticing when another person just isnβt themselves.
Supporting mental wellbeing is already part of equestrian life β but knowing how to begin a safe, supportive conversation can make a real difference.
Join Equi-Scotia Director & Trainer Jo Wood for our Qualifications Scotland & Ofqual Accredited First Aid for Mental Health Certificate evening classes on 3rd & 4th June.
These friendly, practical sessions will help you:
β¨ Recognise the signs someone may be struggling
β¨ Build confidence in starting supportive conversations
β¨ Understand how to respond appropriately
β¨ Learn the importance of self-care too
Because looking after ourselves and each other is just as important as caring for our horses.

3rd & 4th June
