Feedback from clubs tells us that the most sustainable coaching programmes are delivered by a team, rather than relying on one person doing it all.

That's why we've introduced the new Squash Activator Award, designed to help young people aged 14 and over become Coaching Assistants and support sessions at their club.

The course gives participants the confidence to assist with basic technique, support session planning and most importantly, help make squash coaching fun!

It's also a great opportunity to develop leadership skills, build confidence and take the first steps on the coaching pathway.

We've had a great response from clubs so far, and the first course is now booked at Waverley Sports Academy on Sunday 20th September 2026 from 12pm.

Whether you're an individual looking to join that workshop, or a club looking to host your own and build a team, you'll find all the details and registration information here: https://bit.ly/4xCeFVA

😎 Grab your sunglasses - our court refurbishment is complete and they are looking ✨ SPARKLY ✨

Massive thanks to Tony and Alan for all the hard work making the best courts in the south of Scotland even better.

Can we ask all members to avoid hitting balls against the newly refurbished walls 🤪
