Our woodland kitchen was serving up a very special menu yesterday! From imaginary fish and chips to freshly caught lobsters, our little chefs were busy creating, cooking and serving up their own woodland feast. 🌿
Imaginative play like this helps develop language, creativity, confidence, problem-solving and social skills — all while having fun and letting their imaginations lead the way. ✨

🐢🦎🐇 What a wild day at Everwild! 🌿
We had the most amazing visit from Eden’s Garden today, meeting some very special little guests — lizards, millipedes, rabbits, a tortoise and even some incredible leaf insects! 🐰🍃

The mud kitchen has always been my favourite part of our woodland. 🌿 It’s where I see the most imagination, the biggest smiles, and the loveliest conversations. Every week it becomes something new—a woodland café, a bakery, a potion shop, or a spooky apothecary—and all it takes is a few simple resources and a child’s imagination. Watching children create, explore and play together here reminds me why I started Everwild in the first place. ❤️🍂
