It's almost never the big meals keeping you stuck.

It's the oil you don't measure.
The heaped spoon of peanut butter.
The three lattes a day.
The chips you nick off the kids' plate 😂

None of it feels like eating.
But you best believe all of it counts.

Comment "LIST" and I'll send you the sneaky foods that keep most people stuck 👇

Big weekend? Don't panic.

Most people wake up Monday, feel guilty, barely eat, then hammer the gym to make up for it.

By Wednesday they're starving, knackered and right back where they started.

Just get back to normal. Proper meals. Get your protein in. Drink some water. Go for a walk.

One weekend won't wreck your progress. Starving yourself all week to make up for it probably will.

Follow if you're sick of starting again every Monday.

Ordered a skinny latte. Got full sugar syrup and full fat milk instead 🙃

Not the end of the world. One coffee won't wreck you.

But if it's happening most days and you're wondering why the scale's stuck… this is the kind of stuff that adds up.

Staff aren't counting your calories. They're making it taste good. That's their job.

So check what you're getting. Or make it yourself.

Comment "STUCK" if you're doing everything right and still not shifting it 👇

Even though your goals feel a million miles away right now, doesn't matter

Look at the people already there. Copy what they do. Train when you can't be arsed, get your protein in, get your steps in, crack on after a bad meal.

Do that long enough and you'll end up like on of the people you aspire to become.

You don’t need to live in the gym to start getting stronger.

If you’re working, looking after the kids and trying to get back into training, start with something that fits your actual week.

Aim for two full-body sessions, with a rest day between them.

Keep the basics: a squat or leg press, a push, a pull and a hip-hinge movement. Choose exercises you can do comfortably. If you’re unsure about technique, get guidance before adding weight.

Track your weights and reps. Build up gradually as the exercises get easier, keeping good form.

Two sessions isn’t a magic number. It’s a manageable starting point, and you can adjust as you progress.

The goal isn’t to exhaust yourself in week one. It’s to build strength and start trusting yourself to follow through.

Follow for practical ways to build muscle, lose unwanted fat and feel like yourself again.
