Start by practising gratitude every day. Write down three things you're thankful for to help rewire your brain towards positivity.

Then, instead of focusing on the problem, ask yourself: "What can I learn from this?"

This simple shift builds resilience, encourages growth, and helps you navigate challenges with a stronger, more optimistic mindset.
