I’m hesitant to go under contract with touring professionals because their trainers are such high handicaps… be very careful who packs your parachute when it comes to health and healing and fitness… these ‘elite’ meatheads have zero education in biophysics and biophysics is upstream of biochemistry…

if they had a kindergarten level biophysics education they wouldn’t have their players working out at the wrong time in the wrong place.. they wouldn’t work out their players in an environment that lowers redox potential.. if they don’t understand light and magnetism they don’t understand water

Jack Nicklaus will hold the all time majors in a row title for a very very long time .. Adam Scott is a decade away but he wears sunglasses so my educated guess is Jack’s record is safe

Crack a window in the office or when driving… otherwise it’s just UVA and flickering Blue light 💡 creating oxidative stress on your eyes and skin for hours per week… then when people go out into full spectrum natural sunlight they throw on sunglasses and suncream 🙃… then they take vitamin D supplements and think the sniffles come from germs .. and their vote counts the same as yours
