A certified classic boxing class delivered by coach Dane this previous week đź•ş

This class worked a load of drills based in n the jab, slipping or blocking the jab, returning with your own jab, built that up to jab cross, then jab cross hook.

Then worked 3 different combos off the slip or pull, then technical situational drills, ie one jabs the other defends however they choose, (good chance to practice flashy slips with low hands or fundamental guard defence.)

Finished off with sparring/bag work then a stretch off 🥊
