Another session in the books for Taylor Mackenzie . Few more weeks into prep before the start of the competitive season starts for her. Last two sessions were with heavy emphasis towards hip stability just to make sure that those tumble turns are pain free. Enjoy your time off because it will be only hard work when you get back 🫣.

I had a blast of session with Bradley Vannet. I always value those times where we go through those insane workouts and push ourselvesto the limits. But also that is a time where we exchange experience and try different ideas, exercises and training protocols with fellow PT. I love the positive energy this lad bring and I can't wait for our next session already 🫡. If you are looking for some help with your goals at Douglas Sports Centre this is your guy 💪.

Lower back pain? Studies suggest that not stronger but enduranced back is better when it comes to preventing from lower back injuries. Try the Sorensen test to see where you at. If you manage the hold for more than 2 mins you are in a good position.

Another day, another session. My prep is on, 12 weeks out. Here we go again 🤪

Starting the week strong. Smashing PR after PR on Monday morning with Nelly Stoynova. Strength has doubled in less than 3 months. Doing 12 reps hip thrusts sets with 70kg (155lbs) like is nothing. Conditioning is more than apparent but body weight hasn't changed which is exactly what we wanted. Stronger, fitter and leaner 💪.

This one was taken in Las Vegas shortly before stepping on stage at the Natural Mr. Olympia last year. The hardest thing is to impove and come in better from previous shows. Considering that I am on getting any younger and already in a good shape it is very hard to do so. However, I was quite happy archiving this and why not sharing it with you. Let's see how it would go this year 🫣
