Absolutely over the moon with the work put in by Roddy Curran

This hasn’t been easy, Roddy has been dealing with digestive issues and the doctors are struggling to fully pin point what’s going on, so it’s been a lot of testing stuff out and seeing how his body responds, thankfully we’ve got it in a far better spot through dietary changes but we are still waiting for the test results.

That being said the big man has done what he always does and got his done and followed the plan.

Dieting phase done and dusted for George, (lucky man having no socials).

This is a proper lifestyle result, get in shape, work hard and still enjoy the stuff you like doing.

George is a busy dad, he likes a b**r when he’s watching the football, he’s been on 3 holidays through this diet and as you can see he’s still got leaner.

Now don’t read this and think I can just drink, go on holiday and get in shape, you need to learn how to put the work in.

Tidy up phase done and dusted for

The sunglasses have been worn for every check in she’s ever done and let’s hope it continues 😎

This phase was a little challenging and annoying if I’m honest, Alice body wasn’t responding the way it normally does and we had to dig pretty hard to get stuff shifting.

But that happens, not every diet is as smooth as the last one, you just need to do the work and thankfully she’s no stranger grafting hard.

Now we are in a good spot it’s back to growing before she steps on stage again next year.
