Everyone meet Karen Docherty 🥳 A busy working mum who wanted a new challenge… again 💪🏼

This is Karen’s second shoot 😍 We were working up to this one for about 18 months 🤝 Karen came to me eating around 1800 calories a day. We gradually upped her daily activity AND calories to around 2200 and she managed to get LEANER eating MORE!? 👀🤌🏽

So happy with her progress! She’s built a decent bit of muscle, lost around 5lb of body fat and most importantly, gained so much confidence and knowledge about ber general health!

She says “Working with Beth has been such a positive experience. I’ve become stronger, happier and more confident. There have definitely been challenging days, but the support, guidance and accountability have kept me going and helped me push myself further than I thought I could”.

Since January 2017 I have literally worked E V E R Y hour under the sun and put my all into my work, and to have it recognised tonight was just amazing!! 🙌🏽

I know I’ve not been in business that long, and there’s a LOT of other trainers and gyms in Dundee, but I believe my different approach to “health” is what’s won me this award tonight 😩🙌🏽
