Congratulations to our latest intake for completing their beginners course! Welcome to the Club ㊗️

DKC's latest beginners course is in full swing! Our new recruits are doing very well starting on their kendo path and trying to perfect one very important technique - the "Manga face" for group photos!
Our first beginners course members have now become sempai and are transitioning well into that new role. We keep growing!

Halfway through the beginners course and everyone is progressing well. Tonight we started (sweaty!) work on kirikaeshi after a the technical brain work of kata last week.

Meet the people hoping to bring kendo to Dundee - sharing their wide and varied experience, knowledge, and passion for the martial art.
Ruairidh will lead most classes, supported by Andy, a 1st year medical student at the University of Dundee. Dez, Cosmo & Xabi will join and assist when their busy schedules allow.
