Marcothon 2019 done ✅

Running 25 mins / 3 miles each day of December. I’ve ran in the dark, ran in the rain, ran dressed as Santa, ran in the ice, ran with a hangover, walked when I’ve been ill and ran with the promise of 🍸 at the end.

Finished the month on 150km and whilst I’ll miss the daily challenge I’m not in a hurry to run tomorrow 😂😂

Well done Erin, Amy & Martin for making it to the end and Iain, Nik & Shaw with their unique ways of keeping us motivated 😂😂

Finally retiring my first ever Scotland Squad bag. Been going strong since 2009 but is now on its last legs.

First squad bag, first international as a black belt, first competition as a mum and it’s been all round the world! Thankfully old saint Nik got me a new one for my Christmas 😀

Fun weekend in Cork this weekend with Nik and the girls 💕 @ Neptune Stadium

Not bad for an old bird!! Never manage to fit enough stretching in, but after the extra running I’ve been doing my legs will be happy for this!!

Proud mum (again!) at today’s GMS Championships. Also quite enjoyed doing sone refereeing today. Turns out the best place for someone with no voice is sitting on a corner judging sparring 😂

Great boxing fitness class tonight at Elite Martial Arts Centre. It’s been a crappy couple of days trying to find an alternative for our October holidays so definitely needed to punch the pads tonight 💪🏼👊🏼💦
