Racing 100% did not go to plan this weekend but I still had a lot of fun & got to test my car for the first time since it’s been supercharged (can’t believe it’s been a year since I last drove on track).

Qualifying was mega slippy conditions so was trying to see how much I could push the car & get used to the new set-up. Unfortunately I dropped power after a few laps but still got time to test it. Turns out there was an internal break of the ignition wiring loom that was tracked to coil 3, meaning I had a misfire and absolutely no power.

Couldn’t make race 1 in time after my amazing friends & family went home to grab parts for the car, managed to make race 2 and got around 3 laps before the car started loosing power again. Still finished the race with the misfire knowing what the issue was so I could get my final race signature needed to upgrade my license.

Overall, a bit rubbish with the electric issues but still over the moon to try the car out for the first time this year! Massively greatful for my dad & having the opportunity to race.
